How to use an SVG file in Adobe Illustrator

Ensure that your file has been downloaded and unzipped to use.
1- Select your file.

2-  Open the SVG file you require.

3- Once your file is open select Object in the top toolbar, and select " Ungroup" this will separate your SVG files once.

4- Go to Object again and repeat selecting " Ungroup" This will separate your SVG files again.

5- If you select the layers tab on the right you will see your SVG layers all separated now.

6- If you follow through the drop down layers you can select the different images.

7-  You can then select the layers even further so you can change smaller parts of the SVG file.

8- You can change the colour or the size of the SVG file parts by selecting it and adjusting it.
